Valentine's Day for single..

Nothing special for me today...
I woke up with a headache at about 12pm... I plan to buy to sports shoe today.
After going over to Vivo City Standard Chartered Bank which opens everyday, I went to Queensway to buy my sports shoe. My old Saucony sports shoe which I bought about 2 years ago already have flat base... the rubber start coming out... So, I planned to buy one.

I heard my cousin last time told me Queensway has good shoe and can get it for a good price. Last time, I bought my shoe was about $100.00 if I didn't recall wrongly. But, it last two years. I wore it everyday to work (no worries... cause my office wear.. is casual clothes) and it is very light.

Today, after I survey the whole building I bought a pair of Nike shoe. It cost me $67.00 which I think if I buy in Malaysia also about that price.












I have a weird taste for shoe. Especially those for me to wear everyday. I like those with a u-curve at the bottom of the shoe and it is light... Other than that, through my experience of the old shoe, I don't want it to have too many holes which sometimes sports shoe have lots of holes for the air to comes in.

But, working in Singapore, I need to walk a lot. If it is raining and when you are wearing those shoe with holes, you might have your shoe flooded as in yours socks are all wet (ewww.... hate it!).

I also don't like to wear heels for work. If you have to walk a lot, and you are wearing heels, you might have to face the bad effects too.

The bad effects of high heels

• Can affect the bones. The constant pressure can damage the bones of the legs
• Back pain- High heels can cause back pain in the long run. They may be fashionable, but not advisable medically
• Can make you look awakward, if cannot walk properly
• Mobility becomes restricted you cannot run if you want to
• Among teenagers or children, the bones of the legs may not form properly.

A thing of beauty has its pitfalls as well. High heels are attractive no doubt but can be a health hazard as well. Fashion conscious women overlook this and continue to wear them as they want to look and feel good.

My feet sometimes have problem to find heels as well because of its front is quite wide. So, I got frustruated looking for heels and having sores when I wore it for a long walking distance. hihi... That's why I bought boots for my new year shoe this year. hihi....(in case I need to wear formal...)


After that, I went over to bought my dinner. Being a vegetarian, you will love to explore new place for food. Today is :

I did went to the library after that...I spend the whole late afternoon browsing over learn how to draw manga, website design, etc.

Here is how my valentine goes... not that boring after all... I didn't go to pub to celebrate... I don't feel lonely. In fact, I'm happy cause I bought Nike shoe... Yoohoo~~~Lolzz ... ya .... I know I am ss-ing ( syok sendiri @ self satisfaction)... lolz....
